It’s just your skin texture. It’s going to naturally change a bit over time, from stimulation (masturbation and sex), aging, etc. I honestly don’t see anything to be alarmed about.
Well that doesn’t look normal texture if a penis glans.
Do some research on lechin sclerosis of penis on Google and compare picture.
I would recommend going to doctor and getting checked by a urologist as well.
