Have had these lesions around my anus for around a week now. I usually shave this area regularly, but let it grow for a month before trimming again. ive never had any issues with this, however this then began after trimming. Not sure if this is an STI or if I just have ingrown hairs. It's extremely uncomfortable and itchy, and there is an odor that I've never had before
