Yes it looks like herpes. Go to your dr or an urgent care and get swabbed.

it started like 2 days ago they just all came out at the same time they burn and hurt they are not itchy

ive only been having sex with my boyfriend for the past 3 month and ive never had this before. he had another partner like 5 months ago but i just started getting these pumps 2 days ago

It does look like herpes go get them checked out and outbreaks can come at anytime no matter when you’ve been infected, stress, colds..etc can trigger them , keep us updated stay positive !
