Can someone tell me what this is I’m scared

I've been with my partner for about a year now. However, round January of this year i notice this spot in mu vaginal area. I've been tested and had a UTI and yeast infection, but after taking medication. the area still looks like this. I'm nervous that i may have some type of STD.
