This is on the back of my 55 year old co-workers neck. Doesn't itch, or hurt. She just ran across it. Any idea? Thanks!

It looks like Impetigo which is extremely infectious,so dont touch it and tell your friend not to touch it or pick at it. Its a skin staph infection and can spread rapidly. Dont touch any babies or children who can pick it up .
She really needs to see a doctor for some medication
Forgot to say there are 2 types of Impetigo. Bullous…which is like blisters and non bullous which I think this is.
