I dont sleep at night due to acid /phlem coughed up. I wake with soar stomach... constant belching...burning throat. Bloating. Discomfort tummy. Please help anyone.

hi i have had a endoscopy which showed stomach inflammation and gullet inflammation

i am on 40 mg of nexium twice daily

my sleep is awful

i need sleeping pills to get some sleep 

i had a positive test for sibo

maybe you should look into getting some test done 

its a terrible infliction

Hi sweetheart, have you seem your gp yet? If not first off you can buy meds over the counter like nexium, also short term relief I've always got my gaviscon advance next to me at night....try these but make an appointment with your gp asap so he can get you on the right meds, I know how you feel I've suffered with gerd and hiatus hernia for 25 years it's horrible but you can get it under control xx
