looks similar to fordyce spots but are you currently having an yeast infection? cause it can be the actual cause of the itching and not the actual cluster of bumps.
looks like VP - Vestibular papillomatosis. Completely normal. The bumps on the inside just like vaginal tissue which is normal as well. However it does look like you have a yeast infection.

looks like a yeast infection, but that can be cleared up easily
