Just for some backstory my partner has been very honest with me and always tells me the truth even if it hurts. We haven’t been intimate since October and i had no issues until yesterday i noticed these in my inner upper labia majora when it was a little painful to touch and a little itchy but nothing extreme(they’re not open). It never hurts to pee because this is the only area I see these and when urine touches when i wipe it doesn’t hurt. I do plan on seeing an ob but for now i just would like to calm my nerves. Could it just be something with the hair or friction?
