Can't breathe deeply

Middle of my chest feels like a clenched fist.. I can't breathe deeply or I will feel lots of sharp pain. It's miserable. Went to the ER they said nothing was wrong with my heart. Going to a cardiologist soon.. just really worried. I'm a 22 year old male.

Hi Tony, 

I've had a sharp pain in my chest for 2 months,had CT scan, MRI, X Rays, endoscopy and they finally found out what is causing it.  I have ulcers in the stomach and they really hurt when I breathe in,like a tight stabbing pain, I thought it was my lungs but apparently the pain is from the ulcers. They found this out by doing the endoscopy. It's  in my chest which made me question how could they be in my stomach but hurt my chest. If you look up stomach ulcers the symptoms are there. Hope it stops you from worrying so much, go back to ER or see your doctor.
