Hi lately when I have been laying down I cannot breathe my stomach tenses right in the middle under my rib cage I have to move to breathe does anyone know wot this is?
Hi Clint, your suffering an anxiety symptom which is very common, I get it. Don't worry you won't stop breathing it's just uncomfortable.

Yes I also have acid reflux as well as anxiety
