Can't even clean dizziness

Don't you just love it can you clean bill of balance for the rest of the night. I vacuumed a little bit did not move front and back as much as normal, then clean the bathroom squatted down to clean the bathtub and then clean the toilet and Bam could feel the rocking motion starting . The Knick is on for the rest of the evening just had a slight motion feeling in your head. Trying not to have anxiety about it because it will only get worse, so that I would come here and just talk to someone.

Your right not to freak out about it, just ignore it and go on with your day or night. It can not harm you. Just pretend that you did not get enought sleep or you had a few too many to drink. You will be fine.

Tell me about it! Thats my life day in day out! When i do the bathroom in particular, anything that requires looking down, bending forward up and down.  When. Finish i sit down with a cup,of Chamomile tea, a cold pack which i put on the back,of my neck/lower skull) and dint move for a good while. Helps!

Hi Gill ,long time since we spoke last ,Im just up ( late  night again) Im all over the shop so to speak . Ears are low think that's doing my balance today , bad neck ache . Weather don't help any , pressure in ears .head pressure . So another fun filled day , in armchair , I do the walking but that doesent help much .Hope Baz okay . X

It just amazes me how doing anything like vacuuming, sweeping just a small space and looking down to much or bending can do so much.

When I was done I spent the evening relaxing and watching a movie instead of thinking about it so much and making it worse. I just started these new exercises in VRT, I hope it will help. It one where you put 6-8 cards on a chair and bend to pick up one then stand up and focus on a spot then repeat until you've picked them all up. I hope it helps at some point.

Silly isn't it, we have to act like it's all ok just so we don't go nuts. Funny how our normal life has become thing we do that can make us dizzy and we have to really watch how we do things.
