Does anyone else suffer when they are really tired/ stressed from what feels like your heart stops just before you fall asleep waking you up again like a surge stopping you falling asleep and also does anyone suffer from a horrible feeling of not getting enough air in like air hunger i don't have it all the time but feels horrible when it happens. I seem to do it once then it carries on for a few hours or a few points in that day ive had all sorts of tests all ok
Hi .. I get this alot .. it's like your heart all of a sudden jumps and you wake back up but like you need to breath .. as soon as it happend to me I went Drs and the did a ecg and it was fine.. I explained what was happening and they said it can happen through stress .. But I'd pop and see your Dr just so you can be certain
To be fair it doesn't happen often its usually when im overly tired or to hot ive had many tests over the last 3 years i was just wondering if anyone else feels that sensation.
