I AM 65 yoa and had my galblader out for two mounts i have to take morphine for cronic pain i also have been taking Pantoprazole 40 for several years . Before i had my galblader removed i used mirlax every day to help with my bowel movements and it worked ok but sense my operation i have had to take movantic every three or four days to have a bowel movement . Anybody had this happen to them .
Oh, you poor thing. I am having the same issues since my gallbladder was removed. I had problems before too but it’s worse now. I take omeprazole, which I believe causes it to be worse. Have you tried senna tea or magnesium citrate?

Maybe start with the magnesium citrate. Two 500 mg capsules before bed. Make sure it is the citrate. Hope it helps.
