Can’t see doc for a week, having severe anxiety. Could really use some help

Hi there. I had something sore pop up about 48 hours ago and immediately made an appt to see my doctor however I cannot get in until next Wednesday 5/17.

I have pretty severe anxiety and would really appreciate some help in the meantime.

I have had 2 encounters with 2 different partners since my last full STI panel (HSV blood test included & everything was negative at the time). We used protection every time but there was oral sex involved also.

I have gotten cuts/tears like this a handful of times over my life, even before I was sexually active. However, this time I am experiencing some burning and itching which has not happened in the past with cuts from what I remember. It does not burn when I urinate.

I am prone to yeast infections and have had BV once before.

Not sure if these are related but of course Dr. Google has linked these things to potential HSV outbreak: I do have one large lump under my armpit that popped up out of nowhere around the same time. My doctor says it could be an enlarged lymph node and will also see me for it next week. I do also have pins and needles and some shooting pains happening in my right upper outer thigh area, but I have meralgia parasthetica and have attributed those feelings to that as they are pretty standard for MP. I feel fine otherwise/no flu like symptoms.

I don’t mean to alarm you, but if I’m being totally honest, this looks like a HSV outbreak. I only bad this off of my own experience and I had nearly identical tears.
I also suffer from nerve pain, but not MP, and I have much worse shooting pain/pins and needles before/ during an outbreak that I can tell the difference on.
I had no flu symptoms, but had extreme nerve pain in my upper legs. I personally had swollen lymph nodes as well, which freaked me out.

It might be a yeast infection because I get the same thing when I have a yeast infection!
