Hi Jaxon. Just wondering if the white on the glans is cream or smegma can you remove it?
the glans is quite inflamed and irritated looking if the white area can be removed it could be a yeast or balanitis infection or an irritation to shower gels or washing powder fabric softener you should wash it everyday with gust water at the moment. I’d also have it checked with your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. if the white area can’t be removed it could be one of the lichen skin condition.
Thank you for the response. It can be removed as this is what it looks like out of the shower.
i have been washing with some Fungi Cure body wash and so far there has not been any more white stuff. However, it is still abruptly red in color.
Hi jaxon It does look very irritated keep it clean you could use some antifungal cream and see if it improves. I’d also have it checked with your doctor you could have a skin infection which would need antibiotics.
Thanks for the info! i may just have to get checked. The irritation has left and now something else has. begun. Over the last 2 days, i have noticed, dryness around the head. Now today has hit and it is full blow dryness at head around the circumcised area and the base of penis. Any Idea what it could be?
Yeah I’d get it checked it could be yeast or fungal infection you may need some stronger treatment. Have you tried a good moisturiser after you wash with just warm water.
No, I just may try that. I literally looked at my moisturizer and was thinking of starting that tomorrow. and seeing where it goes from there. I upgraded from the antifungal soap to cream and started drinking more water to see if it would help. I sweat a lot so I know that more prone for bacteria to enhance itself in moist environments.
So if anyone is following this, it has returned, except on the opposite side.
-For the first time, nothing seemed to work. I used Jock Itch body was to eliminate any chance of it being fungal. This lead to me getting cracks and breaks in my penis head and dryness all the way down to the base as I was washing with it alot.
I then used lotion to help moisturize the area after. Doctor said, no way yo tell what it was based of the pictures but could have been a burn that turning into a yeast infection and then into dry skin.
