i have this problem i think every teenager goes through it i want to ask will this thread like thing be torn and i cant pull my penis down fully and i there is skin which cover the head of my penis whether erect or non erect. i want to know will this frenulum be torn naturally without any operation or surgery i am fed up with this and it also pains if i try to pull the full skin down in order to break it. what should i do ?

no it does not hurt but even if it is erect or not the skin covers the upper part of my penis and i am almost 18 shouldn’t I have the head of the penis without its cover
