I know this isn't herpes or warts because I have one sexual parter for almost a year now. I've been having a lot of discharge lately and it was itchy but I was stressed out a lot and I started drinking yogurt and I am taking a shower once or twice a day, and the discharge is normal now. But I don't know what this is and can it be caused by a yeast infection? I am a medical student and I am sure these are not warts or herpes. Please help!
Hello, it looks like vestibular papillomatosis to me and its absolutely normal. For the itchiness you mention this might be a yeast infection if you have white thick discharge. Talk to your doctor to be sure!

I agree with marinara. Looks like vestibular papillomatosis. That is a harmless benign form of tumour. It is not catching and it is not cancerous.
What did your doctor say? I have the same kind of bumps and also noticed them when I got a yeast infection.
You may have had them for some time. Women often only notice them when they inspect themselves due to having and infection.
