Headaches, cold sweaty feet, inner tremors in legs, anxiety, dizziness, "cloggy" feeling in ears, lightheadedness...
When i counted how much iron I probably got from the food yesterday, it was around 2-4 mg, which of most is not absorbed correctly as iron I guess?
What do you kind souls think?
A visit to the doctor is called for I suspect as people on here cannot diagnose. Visit the public hospital if that is more accessible for you.
If you visit a doctor and they suspect iron deficiency it is very easy to check with a blood test.
Could be low sugar called hypoglycemia
A more typical symptom of aneamia is tiredness, and it takes a long time to become iron deficient through diet alone, another indication is looking at under lower eye lids to see if they look nice and red or pink as they should and not pale. But your symptoms could be different things and docs can usually tell you if its iron deficiency easily quickly.
Hi Danne,
Yes, I agree, a visit to the doctor comes first and foremost. Suggestion - write all your symptoms down on a piece of paper and bring with you to the doctor. So soon you forget to express well. It is my experience that when expressed well a doctor may have a better chance to help with the diagnoses or order better tests.
