my penis glans been changing color i am only 30 years old . also i have been smelling a smell . are the bump normal in the picture .. also all those vein that are going to those bumps . any help wold help . Im worry of advance penis cancer becasue i lost weight and never get hungry. i can go the whole day with no hunger . i went to the doctor and was told blood work is good . that my penis did no look like cancer but why i have these symptoms . can anyone help on here very worry the head looks like is stays big like its swollen

i have gone to 4 urologist an they tell me what am i talking about they say they dont see anything or smell anything i try to tell them my penis never looked like this . i also read that urologist dont really know how that looks becasue they never come across that . sex partners would be 4
