so i have pearly penile papules over the glans and also a slit which opens when erect, looks really really bad and everything is also hurtingly sensitive, especially the slit part. Can i get ppp removal if they are on the head and not around? Also what can i do about that slit?

are you sure its normal? because its pretty deep and i can clearlty feel it also tissue in it is almost white
those ones are deep
