a few weeks ago I started to itch around my anus. at first really didnt think anything of it. I thought it would go away if I would shower and clean it daily. but the when that didnt go away I thought it was hemorrhoids. so I took a look to see what it was and saw this ( picture below) I got scared and looked up what it can be and got even more scared cause I saw it can be herps. but as i was looking through the symptoms it said its painful and has discharge but I never was in pain. still not in pain had no discharge coming from them. and I read that with herps the first outbreak is painful and you cant even sit down sometimes. but I have no pain or anything I noticed them because I looked down there if I wouldn't have looked I wouldn't know I had them what can it be ?
I dont think its herpes looks more fungal related a prescribed anti fungal cream or even a over the counter will prob clear that up in a couple days.

I get stuff like this all the time , I’ve always tested negative for herpes 1 and 2
have any idea what it is ? have you talked to your doctor about it ?
