anyone who has or had a stomach ulcer experience off balance feeling / head tension ?

i have similar symptoms right at the moment. it is very sad…

When I get really sick with mine I do get dizziness and disoriented feeling.

I do not think so, its like saying can heart problems affect the feet. Anxiety can cause both.
