Hi one evening last week my stomach went bloated and hard and i felt very sick. I was walking around trying to relieve pain and bloating in stomach. I ended up having to vomit to try relieve it and as i did i got a very sharp tearing pain which shot up the left side where my stomach would be . Its been sore ever since and i am scared i have damaged something. I had 4 or 5 simillar attacks left year but without the sharp pain, just boated hard stomach. I always end up with a sore stomach for a few days and upper back pain.
