can you get hsv 1 or hsv 2 from recieving oral sex while wearing a condom if your partner is pretty sloppy with their saliva? If a substantial amount of saliva comes in contact with your genitals ( pubic area and testicles) for a sustained amount of time is it likely for you to catch hsv1 or 2 if your partner is infected?
If I already have hsv-1 orally can I be infected with hsv-1 genitally ?
some additional info: I know that herpes can spread through saliva. just not sure if it can spread from saliva to the pubic area.

I am positive for hsv 1 (oral) as are many others
as far as I know I am negative for hsv2 as of my most recent screening.
