I think i have gotten a herpes infection recently and i’ve had this prickly sensation on my arms and face for a while now. I have gotten small red spots on my arms that are ichy and prickly but i don’t know what they are. Some are in small clusters and some are just single spots. They’re not fluid filled and seem pretty smooth. Could it be herpes?
