I'm not sure if migraines are what I'm dealing with. But for four years after heavy stress in my life I've felt like I'm in a dream world with a heavy feeling head and imbalance like migraine aura. A lot are saying it could be vestibular migraine but I'm not sure if anyone in my family has them...if no one has them (which I will be asking around) could it be possible for me to get them?
Yes it’s possible for you to get them. Since not a lot is known about migraines they could very wel not be genetic.
