since friday I have had sore gums but been different nearly every day.
Friday was my gums around the top front teeth, I put that down to drinking from a straw and really sucking to get all the liquid.
Saturday wasnt that bad.
Sunday it felt like it is the gum at the back of my top second from front and at the side of the teeth leading to the front but that could just be that soreness carries over.
Today has been the same
However, I can not help but keep touching that area with my tongue which does not help.
I have no pain from the teeth.
I brush twice a day with sensodeyne toothpaste and use mouthwash at midday.
My gums look normal and soreness or redness showing,
Only thing is that they feel dry, but that is probably from not drinking that much today
to counter the soreness I have been using bonjela, but it is the teething version as I could not find the normal version
I have has this kinda pain before but I think it is down from rubbing the area with my tongue
Can you make your gums sore from keeping rubbing or poking the area with your tongue?
Because this is on my mind and I am thinking about it more it is kinda hard to know how to close my mouth properly as I will touch the area with my tongue,
