Hi can anyone help? I've been on these tablets for 3 weeks but my birthday is coming up and I would like to have a day off. If you stop taking them for a day do you just go back to normal?

i am in the same boat as you, my birthdays at the end of the month, i have found that i cant just stop the tablets on the day and not have effects so i stop 3 days before but continue eating my low fat foods until the event then resume on the blues
Oh hell yeah you can have the day off. I have half a day per week off.
Although if I go a bit mad on that day off then I have consequences the following morning - nothing that a scented candle can't deal with though. :winkeye:
Thanks guys. I'll give it a go I think and then get straight back on it the day after. Its alcohol i'm worried about more that anything!!xx
