Hi - I had 4 internal haemorrhoids removed 7 weeks ago. Like others on here - the pain has been unimaginable. However now i'm able to have BM without pain, and recover almost immediately. However i am having bleeding and my surgeon has confirmed i have two open wounds still. I've been having sitz bath - which really helps - but my surgeon suggested adding salt to it. Has anyone else done this? Epson salts say not to use with open wound - i don't want to make this worse - and i trust people who have actually gone through this. thanks!
