Can you help me with these symptoms?

I can't withstand heat, whenever i am hot i am sleepy and my body nurves are hot as fire.

I am sleepy suddenly and my hands, feets, or my body kind of go numb. Everytime i have this, i also have bowl moment. I feel much better after toilet. My body is like crazy hot. 

Sometimes my body is hot and sometimes when i am in cold enviroment i feel like i need heat. 

I am 27 year old, my weight is normal. My H-Plori is normal so that rules out acidic reflux. When i am hot, it feels like something is running in my body and i am getting hotter and sometimes sleepy. I am going crazy because of this
