I had oral protected exposure to SW, 4 months back.
After two days i have got sore throat and 20 days later groin lump nodes are swollen and small lump inside my left testicle, I have haemorrhoids problem at same time I have got itchy anus for a week, I was freaked out and done all the STD test at 45 days after exposure all came negative and repeated tests at again at 80 days and came back normally, Since 45 days i’m suffering with leg numbness and buttock pain but no lesion/ blisters as of now, I have done MRI scan for nerve pain found that nerve got compressed.
After few days i have mild burning sensation so went for UTI test and found 8-10 pus cells, used antibiotics for week and now it’s 5-8 pus cell.
Two days back requested SW for STD tests and she’s positive for hsv1&2 igg test with 0.96
And Same day i have tested in same but mine is negative with four months time.
And waiting for RT PCR blood test
I have meet multiple urologist and they done physical examination and confirmed No herpes
0.96 is not a postive range for igg test
This lab has different reference values <=0.30 is negative and >0.30 is positive
look into western blot theyre 99% accurate compared to igg
I’m from India, Here we don’t have Western bolt test
I have got my HSV RT PCR blood report with negative.
Is this accurate or any further testings needed, as it’s CNS virus can’t find easily in the blood
