Hello,
Now im not sure if its IBS or candida bacteria overgrowth, but the last year im constantly bloated, tired, run down, ill, have mucus, muscle aces, rashes, constipation, etc.
My doctors said IBS but ive been reading up about bacteria overgrowth candida.
Does anyone have any information of ways to get rid of the bad bacteria... the diet looks so strict, and Im a student in my last year at uni who doesn't want to have to give up alcohol completely and the diet seems so strict...
Its really getting me down all of this, so as much help as possible would be great.
thanks
Think alcohol is supposed to be out with these problems but cutting down must be better than nothing. You can deal with these things one at a time - i.e. fibre for constipation - I sometimes wonder if it matters if we have a label, and ibs might be candida just different people using different words.

Diet is the very best thing. I'm trying to change mine and it's very tough but you need to cut alcohol out immediately. Ultimately it's your life, but you know that alcohol will affect you a lot and yes, it's your third year but it's going to mess your insides up, make you feel worse.
Is it really worth it?
Drink can do a lot of damage and especially if its spirits.
You can give up alcohol. I used to drink heavily, mostly spirits, but threw my last drink out the window 7 years, 4 months and 10 days ago at 5 pm. So you can see it was quite an important part of my life! My body and wallet are much better off as a result! Try it ...
