i’ve had intense itching around my vulva, in my vagina, weird bumps and a lot of discharge. suggestions as to what it could be, please

sounds like a yeast infection only. If it was more on the fishy side with burning sensation when urinating than it would be BV. You can treat it with OTC medicine like Monistat. The little bumps should go away when cleared. did you get the yeast infection after sex ?

i think it was after sex … i get more like a light stinging sensation when i urinate

if it was after sex it could be your flora got off balance which can happen. Do the bumps cause discomfort , or hurt when touched ?

they don’t hurt… but the discharge makes me itchy and uncomfortable

treat it with monistat or any yeast infection medicine at your local pharmacy. You will want to treat it before it gets worse and will need a prescribed medicine.
