hi Max, look like a cheilitis. an inflammation of the lips or a small portion that can arise in various ways: chronic irritation, atmospheric agents (sun, cold and wind), infections (cold sores, candidiasis, etc.), allergies, local trauma, nutritional deficiencies and states of debilitation general (diabetes, taking certain medicines, etc.).
