Does anyone get canker sores? I have been getting them off and on 1x a month for the last 5 years. If so, any suggestions how to treat them? I heard something about Lysine helping. TIA!
I got them as a kid every now and then and my mom would put 'alum' on them and it went away. As an adult, I get them once or twice a year for whatever reason---but just use a product at the drug store for canker sores. It basically numbs them at night.. It works!
