I live in Vancouver, Canada, and recently discovered a medical cannabis outlet called the Compassion Club. It's a non-profit and has been operating for 21 years. After a referral from my doctor and an interview with a knowledgeable staff person, I spent about $100 on cannabis concoctions that will (I hope) alleviate my anxiety/depression and help me get to sleep. All my experience with this is (a) very brief and (b) unscientific, but if you live in a place where medical cannabis is available, you might want to try it. I figure it can't hurt me -- at least, not any more than 30+ years of taking SSRIs has already hurt me.
CBT has become more known about and with that little boy who took many seizures daily and had it taken from his parents to have a court decide if he should be allowed it to elivate his pain he won his case and so well he should. Im wondering now will it lead to it being legalized in UK surely thet cant decifer from one patient to another who has entitlement to use it taking their ailment into consideration. Im glad you are able to now have use of it and i truly hope it brings you the relief your looking for.
