I have had all this pain with perimenopause, trust me it does get better.
I had bad tummy and stomach pains, like gastric reflux, bloating, migraine headaches, breast pains, burn feeling in mouth, dry eyes/mouth, crashing fatigue, flu like symptoms, forgetfulness, anxiety. Fear of being alone, high and low blood pressure. Dry itchy skin, to name a few.
Past months i have however feel better, now most days i am symtoms free.
So hang in there. Theres light at the end of the tunnell. I thought i was dying too, had lost all hopes of getting better, but now i am ok, more good days than bad ones.

You are not alone, girl. I experience this on a daily basis. I have seen an ENT, Neurologist, Rhuemtolgist etc., had blood tests, MRI’s, CT scans, you name it and nothing shows up other than being told it’s probably menopause. My sister is 3 years older than me and experiences the same symptoms. I also have friends that are in the same boat. It’s hard to get through some of the days feeling so anxious and dizzy. I started hot flashes when I was 48 at night only and then started to get them during the day. This part was tolerable. Uncomfortable but tolerable. But then two and a half years ago, out of the blue, I started getting severe dizzy spells and panic attacks/ anxiety, pain all over. My eyes are also affected. If I turn my head too fast it s like my brain isn’t caught up with what my eyes are seeing and I feel off balance. Things that help me to tolerate this awful time in my life: Take a lot of walks, work out at a local fitness center, keeping occupied with crafts and hobbies. Not an easy task when one feels like they are going to fall over all the time. Also, make sure you have a good network of friends to talk to. If not, see a counselor. I, myself, see a counselor twice a month. This really helps! One great tip she gave me was to keep a journal. Write down how your day went, how you feel emotionally, physically and perhaps spiritually. Then always write down things you are thankful for at the end of your daily journaling. This helps you to realize that there are still a lot of wonderful things to be thankful for that are going right yet in your life. Where was your pain exactly an when did it occur?
Is your period due? I am bad for 3 days prior and now I have that figured out so I don't let it bother me as much.
I have had this on occasion. All part of the menopause for me. My pain in my chest ended up being esophageal spasms. I’ll drink a carbonated beverage like a sparkling water and it makes the pain subside. But when in doubt when it comes to chest pain, see your doctor to rule out any heart issues. Mine was not my heart, thank God.
Hi Wendy, oh I know. That's the only way I could describe it all, like I felt like I was dying. You've got to try and keep that anxiety in check because that can cause all those other symptoms too. It's hard to know what's causing what. Hope you are feeling better today.
