Cant believe its back after a month of improvement

i feel like i am experiencing simple partial seizures again. Things had settled down for a while and was not as bad but for some reason out of nowhere the feelings have returned. I am not anymore anxious than I was a month ago.

i have random memory and dream flashbacks and out of nowhere these adrenaline rushes and fear that makes my vision go funny.

my questions are below and hoping people can answer these for me.

can anxiety cause the symptoms i mention?

can reading about symptoms bring on these feelings?

it has been happening 6 years now if it was seizures would it have gone worse by now?

had eeg and mri 4 years ago and all came back clear and had neurologist appts since who dont think its seizures.

the epilepsy sites say exactly my symptoms are focal aware seizures though. who do i believe?

thanks and please could i get some advice

HI SORRY YOU ARE GOING THRU THIS. I KNOW HOW IT FEELS!
IVE HAD ANXIETY SINCE AGE 5 AND IM NOW IN MY FIFTIES AND I CAN TELL YOU THAT ANXIETY
CAN ABSOLUTELY CAUSE YOUR SYMPTOMS! IVE HAD THEM ALL PLUS MANY MORE.
THE MEMORY AND DREAM FLASHBACKS, WEIRD VISION ARE VERY COMMON.
TRUST THE DOCTOR THEY SEE THESE THINGS DAILY. DONT PUT YOUR TRUST IN ONLINE ARTICLES, THEY DONT PERTAIN TO YOU SPECIFICIALLY.
PLEASE DONT LOOK UP SYMPTOMS OR CONDITIONS BECAUSE YOUR BRAIN WILL BELIEVE IT AND CAUSE YOU TO DEVELOP SYMPTOMS,
BEST THING TO DO IS STAY OFF THOSE SITES, GET BUSY, DESTRESS WITH EXERCISE, MEDITATION FOUND ON YOU TUBE FOR ANXIETY, ETC. TALK TO A COUNSELOR ABOUT ANXIETY MANAGEMENT, DO THINGS FOR OTHERS HELPS TAKE YOUR MIND OFF WORRY.
THE DOCTOR SAYS YOU ARE OK. NOW RELAX YOUR MIND AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO REDUCE ANXIETY SYMPTOMS.
IT ALWAYS WORKS FOR ME . STAY POSITIVE. LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO WASTE ON WHAT IFS :heart::heart:

You’ve kinda answered your own question really. If it were epilepsy it wouldn’t have calmed down for a while, it wouldn’t relent. Yes reading symptoms on Google can bring about the symptoms when suffering anxiety. Anxiety disorders are usually long term even if you haven’t ‘felt’ anxious and similar symptoms can be brought on by anxiety related disorders.

As you have been referred to and dismissed by your neurologist that these are not clinical symptoms of epilepsy and tests have come back clear, it’s unlikely to be related to this.

To me, it sounds like you’ve developed a specific phobia around this. Reading all the epilepsy sites won’t help you. Have you had any therapy around this?
