Can’t breathe while doing any activity

I wanna talk about how I can’t breathe when doing something liking for example running. I feel like I have forgotten to breathe because after I run or something I think about my breathing which then causes panic attacks because I feel like I will pass out from not breathing right or something else. Even walking up simple stairs gets it triggered, I start breathing heavily and get nervous. Don’t know why but now I can’t even play soccer or run a fast lap because of my breathing. Can someone help me with this?
