Hey everyone I posted a couple of days ago about tension in the front of my head but I just keep getting terrible migraines everyday and they aren’t going when I take ibuprofen I don’t know what to do anymore? My anxiety kicks off so bad of a night time which makes me worse but my scalp is sore to touch sometimes is it just me who gets this or does anyone else? What if there’s something seriously wrong with me I can’t help but think I have a brain tumour but my nose is so dry inside and I feel a fullness in my ears so am I getting sick?
Hiya is it just a headache or a migraine where it affects your vision? I have been feeling the same it was only yesterday I rang my mum saying I had a brain tumour. I'm on like day 8 with this awful headache. I suffer with health anxiety so everything has got to be the worst case with me and it's awful. I would say though it more b sinus related with it been at the front of your head. I always have blocked nose constant and I do think that's the answer to most of my headaches. Sorry I'm not much help but just letting you no your not alone x
Take actual Migraine meds, excedrin or whomever....those are only things that work for me
