Is this a new g/f? It probably will improve in time but are you - underlying - worried about sex with a partner in any way? What were you told when growing up? "Sex only within marraige"? Any religious teaching that conflicts with sex with a g/f?
Are you worried perhaps about possible pregnancy? Is contraception 100% at this stage?
Talking frankly with your g/f explaining that this seems a change - please do not consider it too much a problem ...

Have you tried asking your girlfriend to masturbate you first and bring you near to climax before penetrating her? This has worked for me in the past. The next time, you probably won't need that stimulus!

Are you intact or circumcised? And when you masturbate on your own, does it take long before you climax?
When im masturbating on my own it only takes couple of minutes
