So when my friend takes a deep breath, its hard for her to get a full breath in. She feels a weird pain in her lower gums, chin, neck down to her chest. Does anyone by chance know what this could be?
That could be heart related I would take her to A&E or the ER (depending what country you are in) to get checked out
