hi, I am unable to pull my foreskin back over my glans. It seems a bit of my foreskin is attached to the urethral opening. I used to think it was phimosis but I am no longer sure. I have attached an image. Any information on what is wrong and what can be done to fix it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
This is called a frenulum breve and does require surgery to fix. Basically they remove your frenulum and it gives you the ability to fully retract your foreskin. Just be careful of the docs that want to remove your entire foreskin- they just want the money and dont know or dont care about the fact that you lose sensitivity over time after a circumcision
