can’t shake off these feelings

for a week now my body has been feeling limp, hungry & tired. regardless if i eat, what i eat, how much i eat i always feel limp (my limbs), always have headaches, chest pain every now & then. i’ve been having nausea headaches loss of appetite chest/back pain for almost a month now but recently i went to sleep and woke up shaking (i ate before i went to bed even tho i didn’t eat much that day because i had no appetite) & ate & the feeling never went away. i don’t necessarily feel shaky now but my body just feels like it’s hungry & limp & weak & exhausted. i always get fatigue out of no where. i recently went to the doctors 3 weeks ago & everything was normal as usual blood sugar & everything. i’ve experienced a lot of “anxiety” symptoms before but i’ve never felt like this as far as feeling hungry like i know i’m not hungry but my body feel a weak & limp as if i was hungry or something. this week i’ve been getting more sharp chest pains it doesn’t happen much & when it does it only lasts for about 2 minutes but it hurts bad. i get ecgs done very often & it’s always normal like everything else. it is a scary feeling idk what to do.

i also had painful lymph nodes

If you live in England phone 111 NHS help or look for them online as you clearly need more help than this.✌💞

Hi shaexo, I don't know anything about painful lymph nodes what are they,?if you don't mind telling me

lymph nodes are glands located under the jaw, neck, armpits& groin. usually they inflamed when there is infection present.

Hi,

I've also woken up shaking and I think that's because my body is constantly in a stressed tense state, even when I'm sleeping my mind is still overthinking and on edge.

I've had all those symptoms too and just thought it was anxiety until my stomach pains got so bad I went to A&E and the doctors, did a test and found I had h.pylori, GERD and silent reflux. Now I'm on antibiotics and while physically I'm still in a lot of pain, mentally I feel a bit better.

So I'd suggest you do what tests you can to see if there is an underlying health issue. If it comes back clear then it could just be the anxiety. Anxiety really can overtake the body in ways unimaginable so try and see what help you can get. Whether CBT, antidepressants, yoga etc try to be kind to yourself and I'm sure with some mental care, the physical symptoms will start to subside. All aches and pains tend to be worse when we're worried we're going to get them and when we focus on them.

As a fellow sufferer of anxiety, I know saying try to relax won't help but that really is what we need to do. I haven't got the hang of it yet myself but good luck to you :-)

i also have gerd i went to doctors 3 times this month & they said everything is fine. what symptoms were you getting for h pylori?
