Car sickness after 5th metatarsal surgery

I had fifth metatarsal surgery two weeks ago and have ridden in the car three times since. Every time i get very car sick within 10 minutes of the car ride. Has anyone else experienced this reaction with a screw in your body? I have to fly in 4 days and I am very nervous I will have motion sickness.

oh my, I have a fifth screw and never had that issue. Do not think it is the screw however, symptoms
might be lingering from anesthia . I can not think of another reason. See if your family practice doc will give you zophran for your trip just in case! safe travels
