All my levels still back in range after 2 and a half months ... been on carbimazole for 5 months 40 mg a day but 2 weeks ago I dropped it to 30 mg .. see my endo first in 2 and a half weeks ... I think I am way to high muscles do not feel right and pain in arms legs just don't feel right

Hi Gary. Sorry you’re having problems with arms and legs. Are you taking any other medication apart from carbimazole? As this might not help. I wouldn’t recommend altering the dose without speaking to your gp until you can see your consultant. I’ve been on block and replace carbimazole and thyroxine for almost 20 years now and have had some struggles but ok for about 5 years. But definitely don’t think you should ever mess around with dosage without speaking to drs. as this can cause other issues. Hope this helps and you’ll soon get settled. Phyl

My doctor is not much help and I am still waiting endo
