Cardiac or Anxiety

So, I have extremely bad health anxiety..like really bad and well last night I had a few chorizo tacos from a fast food joint, I work nights so I got hungry around the time I usually take a lunch, I know its not the healthiest and on top of that I slept not too long after(3am) I woke up at 6am with a stinging chest pain (no heartburn) and immidiately threw up, my anxiety was high and I assumed I was going to die from a heart attack, the stinging chest pain is still present though it feels like right underneath the skin of my left breast, my collar bone and suprasternal notch have been aching as well, more so when Im active. I recently made a lifstyle change due to being tired of feeling like this. Could this be a cardiac issue or does it sound more like anxiety

Its also painful when I exhale, but only when I exhale deeply if that makes sense as if there is no more air to push out does it hurt

Any left arm or neck pain? Do you feel sensations are worse with exertion? Any could sweats coupled with confusion? Talk to your doctor but it very well could be anxiety. Get a stress test and echo and you will feel more reassured about symptoms you are experiencing. I struggle with similar sensations, gerd could very be a cause given late night eaten even though you are not experiencing direct reflux symptoms.

No left arm pain, I have some left shoulder pain but I’ve had that for like a year now..its just scarier when accompanied with these symptoms, no neck pain or cold sweats, the only sensations that get worse with exertion are the collarbone pain, when I walk or cough or exhale deeply
