i have been adviced by a friend to take cardycep pills to make me more active , but i read that if you are on warafin then it is not prudent .can any one here tell me if they take the capsule containg cardycep.

Hi Ray cordyceps slows blood clotting so if you are already on a blood thinner it's possible you blood could become too thin causing an internal hemorrhage. What has your doctor advised you?
well i havent asked my doc yet , i went to chinese herb place since i was feeling tired and lathargic . they advised me to take the capsules so i can feel more energetic. i am on 10 mg of warafin with monthly INR checkups.
Oh! Did the Chineses herb place ask about current medication? Suspect not...I suggest you always ask your GP before taking alternative medicine remedies!
