yes thats the cit. can you ask your dr for a benzo to get you through this patch? My doc gave me Ambien and xanax. I tried the Ambien a couple of times and it worked a little. I only slept 2-4 hrs a night. It’s a process that your body has to adjust to the citalopram. You will see it very slowly get better. Sometimes i didnt think it was working but i kept a daily journal and i saw it working as i would look back.
Just stay with it.
