hi all doctor has confirme carpel tunnel and i have had the injection 3 weeks ago and it hasnt worked they dont think the nerve conduction test will show anything different an just a waste of time. im waiting for my doctor to call since yesterday to go though my options. i can hardly write and hold anything heavy in my hand it seems worse now than before than it was a few weeks ago. i have been off work for three weeks resting it as much as i can as im left handed and thats the hand i have the problem in. can anyone advise on where i go from now as i have had enough of the pain and the disability its leaving me with
Work through it ,don't give up I am sure the people u work with will understand and I found it helped me no end working I found resting made no diffence at all ,ask for test if I have it believe me it will show up ,peace of mind
right i have a new symptom which im a bit concerned about i keep getting bad electric shock type feeling in my ring finger on my left hand which is where i have the carpel tunnel is this normal or is this a sign of something else i amm still waiting for my doctor to call from yesterday from 8.45 i think this is digusting
I am sold habing same issues 7 weeks after op habe been to nurse and she said it's not noal I have a hospital appointment fri so will let u know what they say .mine have been so bad my phone flew out my hand
